The Carwash Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide best-in-class express carwashes combined with state-of-the-art carwash equipment and top level service to customers. Candidates must have previous Carwash management experience and possess mechanical skills in order to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities
- Manage, train, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but not limited to: customer service, carwash programs, and safety
- Pull and refill money/tokens from the pay stations and vending machine
- Create and enforce Carwash employee’s schedules to optimize labor
- Work directly with Store General Manager and Carwash District Manager to manage all aspects of the Carwash operation
- Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest best course of action with regard to stocking the wash with necessary chemical and spare parts
- Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
- Monitor and manage all financial statement line item entrees
- Develop weekly management reports
- Maintain a safe wash environment
- Support employees during high traffic
- Administer customer damage claims
- Work with other store employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business/management preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Carwash management experience
- Proficient skill level with Word, Excel, and MS Office required
- Proficient skill level with hand and electric tools
