The Deli/Food Service Team Leader plays a pivotal role in maintaining state and federal health codes, ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction through a clean, friendly, and well-stocked work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing Buc-ee's unique foodservice offerings according to prescribed recipes.
- Ensuring safe food handling practices at all times.
- Proficiently operating various POS and transaction devices.
- Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Completing assigned tasks listed on the shift duty roster.
- Maintaining open communication with store management and fellow associates.
- Working effectively under stress and regularly attending work on time.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and work rotating shifts.
- Concentrating and efficiently completing tasks while interacting professionally with others in a team environment.
- Performing prolonged walking or standing for 8-12 continuous hours and frequently bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
