As an Assistant General Manager at Buc-ee's, you will be responsible for promoting a Clean, Friendly, and In-Stock experience for every customer. You will provide passion about leading a store team to uphold Buc-ee's standards in the absence of the Store General Manager.
The essential job functions include:
- Managing store personnel, ensuring product quality, and promoting customer service.
- Working a minimum 48 hour work week consisting primarily of early mornings and afternoons, including most weekends and holidays.
- Providing and resolving immediate customer and store needs without constant supervision.
- Effectively and efficiently completing tasks and interacting professionally with other team members.
