Responsibilities
- Ensure that all store areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance schedule
- Train and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance employees
- Maintain store equipment and instruments in good working order
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous maintenance and/or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on uneven surfaces
Working Conditions
- Works in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Exposure to dust, dirt, and chemicals
- May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions
