Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist in bussing tables and clearing away dishes promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash registers and handle transactions with accuracy, utilizing basic math skills.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available for service.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service or culinary industry is preferred but not required.
