Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or guest services role is preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.

Pay: $2.13 - $25.00 per hour
