Take Out Specialist, Delivery Driver

Job Summary
The To-go Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers who choose to order food for takeout. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests, ensuring their orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. The To-go Specialist will work closely with the kitchen staff and utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to manage orders efficiently.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their takeout orders.
• Accurately enter orders into the Aloha POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Package food items securely and attractively for takeout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their orders promptly and courteously.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication with customers over the phone.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and help customers with their needs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
