Bucciero Property Maintenance is a family-owned landscaping company based
in Medway, MA. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Our
company provides premier landscaping, lawn care, and snow management
services for high-end residential estates, homeowners associations, and local
businesses.
Qualifications:
- MA Drivers License
- Ability to safely operate gas powered commercial equipment
- Strong ability to work with team members and hold positive attitude
- Must be able to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
(lifting 50 pounds daily, working on feet 8 hours)
- Must be punctual & reliable; timeliness is paramount
- Able to communicate with clients in a professional, respectful manner
- Experience driving with truck and trailer
Schedule:
- Full Time with opportunity for overtime hours (April -December)
- Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed April-May, November-December)
Compensation:
- $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Weekly direct deposit
- Paid lunch
- Paid holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
- $500.00 sign on bonus**
**Must remain employed for the entire year. Paid December 31st, 2025.
