What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Satellite communication system installation and repair.
- Parts distribution and recycling.
- DOT Inspections.
- Air and hydraulic brake maintenance and repair.
- Tire maintenance
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Daily yard checks & bi-monthly complete rolling stock inventory
- Keep the shop clean & within safety & regulatory compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in the field or technical school.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Air and hydraulic brake experience.
- 1-2 years transportation experience required.
