Commercial Litigation Associate (Los Angeles or New York)
A prestigious, Am Law-ranked firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Commercial Litigation group in either its Los Angeles or New York office.
The ideal candidate will have graduated with a law degree between 2019 and 2022, and bring a minimum of three years of substantive litigation experience, including:
- Legal research and analysis
- Brief-writing and motion practice
- Document production and e-discovery
- Managing various aspects of discovery
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the practice's continued growth through writing, speaking engagements, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the California or New York State Bar, or eligibility for admission
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in Labor & Employment matters is highly desirable but not required.
