They are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support their Medmal practice in Denver, CO. This role will be hybrid.

Responsibilities :
- Manage all stages of litigation, ensuring cases are trial-ready, including document production tracking and file organization.
- Calculate and docket deadlines, applying knowledge of court rules across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, medical exams, and court appearances.
- Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, compiling witness materials, creating presentations, and attending trials as needed.
- Perform legal and factual cite-checking, ensure adherence to citation standards, and prepare final case briefs with relevant exhibits.
