Essential Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions (Financials, HCM, and EPM modules
- Design end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and HCM (e.g. Hire to retire) processes.
- Review and deliver functional specifications documentation for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formula)
- Assist business users during CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship
- Responsible for providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture.
- Work with product teams to guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and software
- Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
- Contribute to the road map for each system, including (when known) technical or functional obsolescence dates
- Assist in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.
- Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams.
- Develop and maintain architectural assets including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns and services using Unified Modeling Language (UML).
- Research new technologies and demonstrate the use by developing proof of concept demonstrations.
- Work closely with cloud-native application architectures like PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design.
- Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability.
- Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain quality standards on all projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' relevant experience.
- Eight years of applicable business or system development experience.
- Experience Implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM and HCM.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Knowledge of, and expertise in, VBCS, OTBi, BI Publisher and OIC.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
