About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Buchheit Inc. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store displays, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, determine their needs and wants, and recommend merchandise
- Advise customers on product utilization and care, answer questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner
- Stock and recover merchandise, maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age and have an up-to-date Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card
- Knowledge of hunting and fishing is preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and procedures relative to the sale of firearms is essential
- Friendly and outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, ability to work a flexible schedule
