A Level 2 Technician is expected to be qualified to:
- Perform DOT inspections and scheduled maintenance without supervision.
- Perform tire services following industry and OSHA regulations.
- Service brake, suspension, and air systems.
- Service and repair electrical systems and components.
- Experience with hopper and dump trailers and tarp systems strongly preferred.
- Basic welding and fabrication experience.
This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience with diesel tractor systems, or a combination of formal training and experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Class A or B CDL License preferred.
- Able to communicate issues and understand job assignments.
- Able to prioritize work assignments.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch on a regular basis or for long periods of time.
- Able to climb staircases.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Able to perform all essential job functions

- The successful candidate is subject to a pre-employment drug test, WorkSTEPS and background check.
