We are getting ready to open our newest restaurant Buck & Blue's Grill in a full service equestrian center. We will service the restaurant, events, rodeos and much more.
We are now hiring full-time and part-time for the following positions:
Prep Cook
Line Cook
Dishwasher
Manager (am & pm)

Summary
As a Culinary Team Member, you will be an integral part of our kitchen staff, responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food service and handling will be essential in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your premium skills in meal preparation and knife skills will enhance our culinary offerings, while your relevant experience in catering will support our diverse menu. Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and service within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Proficient in cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Experience in catering services is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
