Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before being presented to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
