Reports To: Store General Manager
List of Responsibilities:
Location: Summerville, State St.
A Bistro Kitchen Manager plays an important role in training and supporting team members while maintaining goals and objectives, maximizing guest satisfaction and safety standards. With General Management support, this position holds complete responsibility for the location bistro operations.

* Oversees the daily operations of and ensures delivery of the highest level of service, sanitation, and customer relations
* Directs location staff to ensure compliance with applicable company standards, policies, practices, and objectives.
* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; maintaining dining rooms.
* Evaluates operations and seeks opportunities to continuously improve service
* Serves as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues Qualifications
* Requires computer skills including advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrates knowledge of product, quality, and operations standards
* Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
* Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.
* This position requires repetitive motions: bending, kneeling, standing, and the ability to lift or push objects, with or without assistance, weighing approximately 35-50 lbs.
* Meet paperwork and computer entry deadlines for Payroll and Human Recourses.
* Create employee schedules, monitor, and edit electronic timecards throughout the week; approve timecards weekly by the designated deadline.
* Operate kitchen equipment to prepare food items, such as grill, pizza oven, deep fryer and make sandwiches, handling job tasks as needed to support the Bistro Team.
Requirements
Other Information:
Experience required in low-volume Store Management; multi-unit Food and Beverage, Merchandise operations or other related experience preferred.
Servsafe Certification preferred.
Background check required.
Minimum Age requirements:18 years
Availability to work weekends as well as various shifts throughout the week.
