Description
A Bojangles Crew Members interact with their coworkers and customers to provide positive customer service experience along with an inviting work environment and quality products.
A Crew Member holds one of the following job titles and may be cross-trained in multiple positions:
Cashiers, Service Leader, Kitchen Leader, Biscuit Makers, Grill, Packers, and Drive-thru.
List of Responsibilities:

* Age requirement of 16
* At all times hold the ability to communicate and handle situations in a professional manner.
* Comfortable describing the menu items and suggesting add-ons to guests.
* Professional appearance required (uniform standards).
* Basic math skills to count back change and ensure cash drawers balance (cashiers).
* Stay positive, focused and supportive of your co-workers while working in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility in scheduling with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to multi-task required.
* Ability to stand long term, bend to clean and/or stock and lift products up to 50 lbs.
