Description
A Bojangles Crew Member supports customers to provide a positive customer service experience and quality products. We strive to maintain an inviting work environment and offer room for advancement to those who are reliable and have strong work ethics.
As a Crew Member you will hold one of the following job titles and may be cross trained to support other positions as needed:
Cashier
Biscuit Maker
Cook / Grill
Packer
Drive-Thru
Requirements
Responsibilities:

* Age requirement of 16
* Ability to communicate and handle situations in a professional manner at all times.
* Comfortable describing the menu items and suggesting add-ons to guests.
* Professional appearance required (uniform standards).
* Basic math skills to count back change and ensure cash drawers balance (cashiers).
* Ability to multi-task and stay positive, focused and supportive of your co-workers while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Flexibility in scheduling with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand long term, lift products up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend and squat to stock or clean.
* Background Check Required.
* Knowledge of or ability to learn food safety practices.
