Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism when working with people. Your daily interactions will be customer facing.
- Perform routine installations, repairs and change of service in business and residential environments for Internet, Television and Telephone via fiber optic, copper and coax connections
- Educate customers on the proper use of their equipment.
- Work in a field-oriented role which requires you to work outdoors, use hand tools, and be in a variety of working conditions and locations.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision once trained.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Aptitude: Strong problem solving skills, proficiency with computers and software applications
- Communication Skills: Professional communication abilities
- Organizational Skills: Effective time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable
- Physical Abilities: Work with hand tools. Interpret analytics from devices such as meters and handheld devices. Troubleshooting. working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Flexibility: Flexibility in job duties and hours worked.
- Valid Driver’s license: Must have a satisfactory driving record
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
- Drug Screening: Must pass a drug screen.
