The Opportunity
In order to help inspire our community of explorers, we partner with the best and most unique experiences in each of our cities. Our diverse partners range from event producers to restaurants to museums and exhibits. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as Partner Success Team Lead to further develop our relationships with partners and strengthen the ways in which we work together.
This role will be the main point of contact for our highest priority strategic partners during their Bucket Listers experience, including planning, execution, and ongoing growth, while also directly managing a remote team of Partner Success Coordinators as they tackle our other accounts. Your main goal: make sure that each partner has a positive experience. This highly collaborative role sits on our Operations team and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Operations. During Leadership Meetings, you will share critical updates on account progress, team performance, and key metrics. This is a 100% remote position.
Within 3 months, you will:
- Learn the ins and outs of our business, specifically the difference between marketplace partners and flat fee partnerships.
- Build internal relationships with cross-functional partners, specifically your Business Development and Content counterparts.
- Introduce yourself to your roster of partners and make a positive first impression.
- Work closely with our Business Development team to transition new deals and accounts into the Partner Success pipeline, ensuring a balanced workload and effective coverage across the team.
Within 6 months, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, answering all questions, queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Serve as an escalation point for high-priority client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Be the internal go-to contact for your region’s partners - nothing gets by you!
- Collaborate with the Content team to ensure partners’ programs and events are promoted.
Within your first year, you will:
- Strengthen and grow your own strategic partnerships while leading your team as they navigate their partners, resulting in high partner renewal rate and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities in which we can provide additional value for our partners (via more frequent partnership opportunities and/or higher-value partnerships).
- Develop and optimize workflows and processes, in which we streamline information and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years of Account Management or CX experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Previous experience in Ticketing/Marketplace a plus.
- Highly collaborative - internally (cross-departmental relationships) and externally (partners and vendors).
- Experienced manager with the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports.
- Analytically driven with the ability to distill information across a variety of experience levels.
- Proven relationship builder with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and departments through high levels of efficiency, integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects at once, all while treating each project with care and kindness.
- A partner-first mentality with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Extremely organized multi-tasker who can balance multiple projects and priorities at once.
- G-Suite expert (Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Passionate about the Bucket Listers mission.
We’re in the business of fun and we are excited to collaborate with people that will add value to our mission and culture.
