What You'll Do: As a Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, overseeing the clinical care of our residents and leading a dedicated team of nurses and support staff. You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and providing guidance to nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to clinical best practices and facility protocols
- Managing patient care plans and collaborating with physicians and specialists for tailored treatment plans
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and quality standards
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care
- Assisting in staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Acting as an advocate for residents, their families, and the healthcare team
Who You Are: We’re looking for a Nurse Unit Manager who is not only a skilled healthcare professional but also a natural leader with a passion for providing top-tier care in a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll need:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
