Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and report changes in resident health and well-being to the nursing team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and their families.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid STNA certification in Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required.
