Responsibilities - Service Technician :

Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance which includes diagnoses, engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and air-conditioning.

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Provide an estimate of time needed for repairs.

Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.

Requirements

Automotive work history experience required

ASE Certification preferred

Must have your own tools

Focused on providing excellent customer service

Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Valid, in-state driver's license and good driving record
