Do you enjoy helping people and making a difference in someone’s life? If so, then this position is meant for you! We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to work 6.0 hours a week at a senior apartment building in Georgetown SC (24 hours a month) A Service Coordinator links residents with area services and provides general case management. The Service Coordinator will work with the apartment management staff to ensure residents are getting the help they need to live independently. The successful candidate should have experience in a social services related field.
