Description

Responsible for ensuring parts are painted properly according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards.
- Manage Technical aspects of Pretreatment and powder coating on a variety of parts as needed.
- Manage personnel for efficient production that maximizes line capacity
- Perform required quality checks including 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Manage prepping of parts as needed
- Ensure Department housekeeping
- Technical Powder Coating Troubleshooting as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications Requirements:
- 2 years of powder coating experience
- 2 years of experience with painting on a conveyor system line
- 2 years of experience with paint involving wash stages
- Experience with managing inventory of raw materials
- Mechanically inclined.
- Work well with others and can manage Line operators
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and effective time management
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate,
- Technical certifications preferred or 4 years powder coating experience.
- Excellent communication skills required both written and verbally.
