Job Description:
The Customer Master Analyst is responsible for the data entry and integrity of the customer master in SAP. This critical role involves ensuring that all customer master activities are processed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate norms. Responsibilities include reporting on key performance indicators, training and supporting teams on customer master data understanding, interacting with audit teams and internal controls, and assisting in resolving any customer master-related issues. The role also involves project management with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying potential process and efficiency enhancements, and contributing to cost reduction projects.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience in a corporate environment.

- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong and rapid decision-making ability
- Proven organizational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Understanding of SAP processes (preferred)

- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles
- Experience with robotic process automation in finance or supply chain (a plus)
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the vision of modern working methods in customer master activities.
- Lead customer master activities and team to meet or exceed established goals, aligning with industry standards.
- Run and review customer master maintenance reports in accordance with internal control norms, recommend data cleansing, and collaborate with finance to obtain approvals and archive results.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting.
- Streamline and transform internal processes, driving change in the supply chain, including implementing robotic process automation and lean flow principles.
- Provide ongoing training and support to department analysts/specialists, maintaining process procedures and assisting with customer master-related advice or problem resolution.
- Interact with audit teams and Internal Control during audit periods and assist in resolving open audit items.
- Manage and advise on customer master-related inquiries and problem resolution.
- Provide key customer master-specific reporting and metrics using Power BI.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High level of technical knowledge in SAP Master Data.
- Knowledge and experience with Power BI is optimal.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under time constraints.
