Title: STNA
Location: Sandusky, OH 44870
Shift: 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
Below is an example of a schedule you may work. This will be the schedule on a two week rotating basis.
Week 1 - Days Worked: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Days Off: Monday and Saturday
Week 2 - Days Worked: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
- Days Off: Sunday and Thursday
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist with provisions of personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Makes observations of patient condition and timely reports/documents all findings
- Assists with doctor’s sick call and doctor’s rounds; responds to emergency by providing emergency care and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Documents all patient care; makes beds; maintains cleanliness of patient area/equipment.
- Escorts patients as needed; communicates with patients to assess and communicate patient needs
- Provides assistance to healthcare staff; reviews shift report from preceding shift
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Must have requirement
- STNA license for the state of Ohio.
- CPR or BLS.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
