Pay Range $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

- This role is a Hybrid position located in - 4349 Easton Way, Ste 200, Columbus, OHIO** Required in-office attendance during month-end close key dates. Will be in the office approximately 4 times per month.
- Inpatient Validation monthly valuation (inventory method for claims valuation for prior period development and current month valuation), quarterly inpatient validation reconciliation against paid lags, inpatient statistic reporting
- Accounts payable accrual, provider incentive accrual, non-inpatient trending analysis utilizing Power BI
- Financial reporting utilizing OneStream, enrollment reporting, Delivery reconciliation, quarterly marketshare/competitor HBR analysis
- Twice per year administration of QIA (Quality Improvement Activities) surveys, support to department heads for finance related questions.
- Handle complex and high level financial data analysis
- Other projects throughout the year
