Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using great team work skills.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service standards.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
