Responsibilities
- This role will work with the Service Advisors to greet customers, listen to customer requests, and help schedule service appointments
- Operating a motor vehicle as necessary
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Advising customers about the necessary service for routine maintenance and repair needs.
- Interact with technicians and shop leaders to better understand vehicle needs and share the information accurately with our customers
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize conflicting tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your hard work matters and is rewarded
- ability to collaborate and work with others effectively
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
