Plumbing Estimator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Residential and Commercial Estimator to join our New Construction Plumbing Division.

Skills Required:

*Strong background of plumbing installation, mechanics, drawings, layout and estimating. Problem solving.

*Read and interpret plans and contract review to coincide with job requirements.

*Estimating small plumbing jobs thru full scople high end homes - Ground to Final

*Budgeting and analyzing job performance.

*Knowledge of Plumbing and Related Building Codes.

*Technical knowledge of Plumbing Systems, Inventory, Tools, Parts and Equipment

*Direct and instruct a team of plumbers, work with builder schedules

*Ensure compliance with Job and Company safety requirements.

*Strong customer communication and computer skills.

*Comfortable with advocating for training as needed, updating knowledge and skills and identify areas of improvement.

Essential: Plumbing mechanics knowledge, communication, clear driving record.

Preffered: Plumbing license

Duties

• Estimating Plumbing Jobs
• Oversee jobs ensuring quality, team and customer support.
• Direct plumbers, helpers - encouraging professional growth.
• Work with schedules, locations and time necessary to ensure quality completion of work.
• Maintain relationships with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Work with other departments in the company and communicating issues or risks
• Analyze job performance and budgets. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes in cooperation with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all operations.
