Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming service scheduling calls and managing monthly PM due lists
- Scheduling all SVOs and starting field & emergency SVOs in Equip Soft
- Communicating with field techs on job-related issues and questions
- Attending meetings and contributing to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Developing personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training
- Ensuring a safe working environment and safe work habits of staff
