We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Duties

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their performance.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory management processes.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement promotional strategies to boost retail sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Organize staff schedules and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in retail sales and retail management is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Effective communication skills that facilitate teamwork and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is essential.
• Proven ability in cash handling and financial transactions.
• Strong shift management capabilities to ensure smooth operations during all hours of service.

Pay: $17.26 - $20.16 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
