Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Attorney to join our Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN). The Attorney will represent the legal interest of PFSN on a daily basis; drafting motions and complaints; advising PFSN staff on legal issues regarding PFSN; training new workers; tracking cases; organizing and preparing docket system; facilitating permanency planning meetings.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure that PFSN has legal representation in all post-dispositional cases, and pre-disposition case upon request.
- Assist new case workers with court procedure and court presentation.
- Assess and respond to difficult legal situations that may arise on the juvenile floor service.
- Track service by reviewing court files or checking court computer to determine whether service is complete prior to court date.
- Provide regular legal training to PFSN staff.
- Facilitate permanency planning meetings.

Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have a juris doctorate.
- You have three years of experience within Juvenile Law.
- You are certified by the bar association.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
