The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Bridges Supervisor to join our Shared Services department. The Bridges Supervisor provides direct supervision to the Bridges team and manages The Buckeye Ranch’s Bridges program working with young adults ages 18-21 who have been emancipated from a county agency. This position will ensure compliance with ODJFS, BCAT, COA, YIL, and Scorecard audits. The Bridges Supervisor will ensure the program is operating within the allotted budget. This position will assist with PTO coverage for the TAY and MyPlace supervisors, which may include after hours as needed.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure the program is compliant with ODJFS program requirements and laws
- Act as a liaison between The Buckeye Ranch Bridges program, ODJFS, young adults, referral sources and community resources.
- Monitor and track all Title IV-E eligibility in SAWCIS on Bridges participants assigned to The Buckeye Ranch.
- Audit Bridges cases in SACWIS monthly.
- Assist staff with barriers to program participation, academic and employment goals.
- Attend and participate in all local and statewide meetings and initiatives that pertain to the Bridges population staying current on changes in laws and best practice initiatives.
- Provide direct and indirect services to families in the absence of the Liaison (including testimony at court).
- Assign cases based on complexity and skill level; closes cases.

Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field; master's degree preferred.
- You have at least two years of child welfare experience.
- You preferably have a clinical license.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
