Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Manager of Admissions to join our Residential Treatment program. The Clinical Manager of Admissions leads and oversees the clinical and programmatic supervision of the Family Liaisons as part of Residential Admissions and the Utilization Coordinators with principal responsibility for ensuring family centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and satisfactory business results. This position provides leadership to the Residential Admissions and Engagement team and intervenes on behalf of clients and families to address environmental, financial, family, and other needs in accessing natural and community support. Assists with referral review process, reviews KPI metrics and assures programing standards, Collaborates with the interdisciplinary leadership team around referral acceptance, resource identification and admission process, Ensuring appropriate discharge planning. Creating action plans related to fiscal performance and mental health revenue. Assuring clinical treatment standards that impact revenue cycle are completed and accurate. The Clinical Manager of Admissions ensures that The Buckeye Ranch maintains a customer service focus for families, referral sources, and staff from inquiry, through assessment, and internal referral.

Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have a master’s degree in social work, or related field.
- You have an active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S.
- You have at least five years of mental health working experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
