Buckeye Partners is currently seeking an IT Analyst II, Enterprise Architecture to join our growing team!
Role Summary :
The IT Analyst II, Enterprise Architecture role will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework. This role involves analyzing and documenting the current state of the IT environment, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to align IT strategy with business goals. The Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include :
- Architecture Development : Assist in the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework, including the creation of architectural models, diagrams, and documentation.
- Analysis and Assessment : Conduct assessments of the current IT environment to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations for aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Solution Design : Support the design and evaluation of IT solutions to ensure they meet architectural standards and business requirements. Provide input on technology selection and implementation strategies.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including architectural models, standards, and guidelines. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with architectural standards, policies, and best practices. Participate in governance processes to review and approve architectural changes.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the IT environment.
- Customer Service. Provide exceptional customer service.
- Process Improvements. Contribute and / or Lead based on knowledge and experience, continuously identify potential opportunities to increase efficiencies and / or improvements to existing processes. Identify gaps in the current business model and propose processes that will help move the business forward.
