In the capacity as Evening Receptionist you will be responsible for :
- Receiving incoming calls and assisting callers with any questions or comments
- Ensure Screening of staff / vendors / visitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Greeting families and visitors
- Filing, cash handling, sorting mail, operating various office machines, and performing other duties as assigned
