This Sales Support Position is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing direct assistance to assigned account executives, marketing associates, and customers. The primary objective of this position is to assist and resolve customer needs efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address all incoming customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process key pick-up requests and handle delivery-related questions with care.
- Manage will-call orders and provide customers with invoice copies as required.
- Process credits and maintain an organized call list to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor orders before the cut-off time to guarantee prompt delivery.
- Foster regular communication with account executives and customers to build strong relationships.
- Coordinate same-day deliveries for the operating company, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory for this role.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support is preferred.
- Prior call center experience is highly valued.
