About the Job
We have an immediate opening for a full-time brain-based/alternative therapy coordinator. The position offers the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing various brain-based treatment modalities ranging from biofeedback, neurofeedback, and qEEG.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver these treatment modalities while increasing client engagement. These modalities are conducted in a clinic setting and includes client education on the benefits and virtues of participation.
We offer competitive hourly rates. The compensation varies based on education and work history. Seeking dedicated individuals who will be key employees as we grow and evolve. Training is available for the right candidate if no prior experience exists.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Administering various brain-based treatments accurately and efficiently to patients.
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
- Effectively interacts with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare workers.
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility to meet patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our Electronic Medical Records
- Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Completion of required paperwork and handling of charts in compliance with HIPAA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
