Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Canvassers to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close schedule appointments for our Sales Reps. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting Lead Reports, building rapport with new and Clients, securing initial appointments and inputting all information into a CRM. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
This position comes with a Base Pay of $500.00 per Week. You will be paid additional incentive pay for each appointment after obtaining 10-Quota Required Appointments. In addition, for every Contract that is successfully produced from your appointments you will receive bonus pay based on the contract types!!!

Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with new and potential customers
- Build your own territory and close appointment scheduling
- Meet or exceed designated quota targets
- Create and implement an effective canvassing strategy
- Document all leads and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales preferred
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Professional Demeanor
- High Level of Integrity
