Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and implementing treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practices and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive gynecological exams, including preventive care and well-woman visits.
- Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, menopause, PCOS, and ovarian cysts.
- Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services, including medication, IUD, Nexplanon, and surgical options.
- Perform in-office procedures, such as IUD insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopy.
- Offer patient education and counseling tailored to cultural and linguistic needs.
- Collaborate with Dr. Lowman and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system EPIC
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Georgia.
- Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant with gynecology experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in gynecology or women's health preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on cultural competence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing practice environment.

Pay: $89,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
