Compensation:
At BB&N a JV head coach normally earns a season-long stipend of between 4,000.00 - 6,000.00. At BB&N a MS coach normally earns a season-long stipend of between $2,500.00 - $3,000.00.

Job Summary:
BB&N is seeking a Girls JV Head Lacrosse Coach and Girls MS (6-8) Head Lacrosse Coach. These are stipend, part-time positions during the winter season. The Coaches will report to the Director of Athletics and work closely with the Associate Directors of Athletics. The BB&N Athletic Department expects its coaches to operate within the athletic philosophy of BB&N and adhere to the BB&N coaches’ manual.
The BB&N Athletic Department expects its coaches to operate within the athletic philosophy of BB&N and adhere to the BB&N coaches’ manual as well as the Independent School League (ISL) and the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) rules and guidelines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
practice planning and game oversight,
mentoring and instructing players in skill development, character development, and teamwork.
communicating with parents/guardians relevant information regarding games, practices, and other team commitments
commitment to the support and development of those students with an ability and/or desire to compete at the collegiate level is important for varsity programs.
Salary : $2,500 - $6,000
