What do we expect?

• Active mortgage originating license in at least one of 11 states in which we are licensed: VA, MD, DC, WV, FL, TX, CA, NC, SC, CO, NJ
• At least two years of current experience with a track record
• Passion to grow and succeed
• Good work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients and nurture existing relationships with clients, realtors, and other partners.
• Assist clients in the loan origination process by evaluating their financial needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing multilingual support.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable loan agreements.
• Follow compliance rules of the industry.
