The Client Service Associate works as a generalist within the client service team to complete essential back-office functions. Their primary responsibilities are to provide additional support to the teams through timely/accurate delivery of any client requests and assisting in the verification/completion of all pending work assigned to the team and to assist with team projects throughout the year.
Duties may fluctuate with seasonal volumes, market volatility, and team coverage, so flexibility and adaptability are critical. Occasional overtime may be required. Attention to detail, taking initiative and being proactive, successful problem solving, and consistent follow-through are essential to be successful in this role. This role requires in-office attendance at our designated Company location in accordance with Buckingham’s Remote Work Policy.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and provide status updates on all processing requests to ensure accuracy.
- Stay vigilant of alerts from all custodians and ensure timely dissemination.
- Enter essential data into core systems.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared objectives within the Client Service Department.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and insights to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate and embody the firm’s core values through actions and communication.
- Achieve Associate Goals promptly and effectively, actively contributing to departmental Team Plans.
- Assist colleagues within the department with daily tasks and projects spanning the entire department.

Basic Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree
- Work Experience: 1 years working in a Client Service type role.
Salary : $14 - $19
