You will be responsible for
Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives across all departments.
Collaborate with senior executives to align business transformation efforts achieving key business transformation goals, such as revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvements.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies are maintained.
Lead system implementations and analyze how the existing technology can be improved for efficiencies, process, automation while growing.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction and needs to identify growth opportunities and retain business.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the business transformation process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders and employee in or get positive feedback on the effectiveness of the business transformation initiatives.
Leadership Responsibilities
Forward thinking overseeing current/future projects and monitors processes affecting employees/clients/vendors
Engage with other executives and department heads to improve team performance/morale driving teams toward corporate objectives
Apply problem-solving skills to discover fundamental causes and design effective solutions ensuring vitality and long-term stability
Ensures an environment where teams are encouraged to try new things to continuously drive innovation and growth is provided
Supervises staff, including hiring, reviewing performance, recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations
Leads by example and holds self and others to their commitments
Provides structure and long-term direction to responsible lines of business
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with a focus on business transformation, change management and scaling.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation.
