As we grow, we’re looking for a mechanic leader with deep industry expertise to join us as a Co-Founder. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our strategy, building relationships with mechanics, and ensuring our services deliver top-tier value to both mechanics and customers. We are pre-seed and pre-launch with an expected launch this spring.
Who You Are
- A seasoned mechanic with extensive hands-on experience in auto repair and maintenance.
- A leader who has managed and grown teams of mechanics, ensuring their professional development, workplace satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Passionate about improving the auto repair industry , advocating for mechanics, and making car maintenance easier and more affordable for customers.
- Comfortable with the entrepreneurial journey , including the uncertainty, fast pace, and high impact of an early-stage startup.
- Strong in communication and collaboration , able to bridge the gap between mechanics, customers, and technology.
