Position Summary
This position will be the main contact for all internal customers. The person in this role will be responsible for “Order Management” including customer experience, order processing, invoicing, consignment inventory processing and exception management for all US customers. The person in this role will need to manage a large volume of day-to-day order entry as well as some data gathering for analysis.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Managing all incoming sales orders
- Perform invoicing function for US customers
- Manage reagent sales for US customers and ensure SAP processing is completed
- Manage consignment inventory accounts and perform monthly processing for internal customers
- Strong communication skills
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, manufacturing industry preferred
- SAP experience preferred, proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree from a four year accredited institution is preferred
