As the Group Coordinator at Camp Buckner, you play a pivotal role in brightening the lives of our guests by offering administrative support, managing clerical tasks, and coordinating group activities for our camp. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to initiate planning documents, ensuring seamless preparation and execution for our guests' unforgettable experiences. What You'll Do
- Coordinate all retreat group scheduling and direct guest services to ensure the delivery of an excellent experience for all guests.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective guests.

- Lead tours on any given day of the week.
- Connect Buckner International's history and social services to the Camp Buckner experience.
- Meet with guests as necessary to determine specific needs and provide services to meet those needs when appropriate.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with developing sales contracts.
- Cultivate and monitor relationships with outside service providers, consultants, agencies, and organizations to enhance the delivery of services to guests.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external constituents including telephone calls, faxes, electronic mail, and written correspondence.
- Accurately prepare and proofread memos, letters, spreadsheets and other documents and correspondence as required. Complete accurate and timely documentation.
